Dursun Gül has managed the development at Citrus Gardens Side since July 2015.
He has overseen the day-to-day operations in a very professional manner, ensuring that the gardens are beautifully manicured throughout the year, maintaining the large pool, and instructing any repair or maintenance work necessary to properties and the wider development subjects.
In 2016 he project managed a large capital project which involved major repairs to, and installation of guttering on all of the roofs, the painting of the exterior walls of all properties and the communal stairwells, the installation of a site generator, improved security and the erection of a bike shed. The work was completed within the agreed timeframe and most importantly within budget.
Citrus Gardens remains one of the most attractive developments in Side. Dursun always appears eager to provide a high quality service. I am happy to recommend Dursun as a professional and highly proficient site manager.

Dursun was voted to be our complex’s Manager for the last 2 years. I have worked with him during this time, as a member of the Management Board. I feel that he has been honest and trustworthy. He has managed the complex well, dealing with staff, arranging and organising all the needs of the site. He has recently been responsible for many large projects, including complete repainting and renovation of the buildings and the installation of a generator, which are nearing completion. I would recommend Dursun on my experience with him.

I have known Deniz from when we first bought our apartment from Mecitoglu 8/9 years ago. I have found him to always been helpful and polite, by far the best person to deal with at Mecitoglu. He has an excellent command of English and is easy to communicate with.
